Privacy policy of the store

We provide our Customers with full respect for their privacy and protection of their personal data.
We process personal data provided to us by Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by the Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Przemysłowa 11, 48-200 Prudnik, NIP number: 755-193-05-89, conducting sales via the Internet - through the website located at https://sklep-furnika.pl hereinafter referred to as FURNIKA.
Providing personal data marked as required is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of registering in our online store and for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Customer is responsible for providing false personal data.

The Administrator, through the Service and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Service:

Customer data will be stored for a period of 5 years after the end of the fiscal year in which they were provided. Additionally, the data may be stored by us for the purposes of preventing abuse and fraud, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or an event necessitating such processing.

The Administrator undertakes to make every effort to maintain due security of the Client's personal data.

If you give your voluntary consent, FURNIKA will process your data for marketing purposes. In such a case, the legal basis for processing will be the consent granted. In this case, personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.

The Administrator may make the data available to the competent public authorities if required by law.

To complete the order, the store may share the customer's personal data with external entities that are required to complete the order, i.e.: a courier company, a payment intermediary (fast payments) in order to properly perform the services specified in the regulations and companies developing online store software. The amount of data transferred in these cases is limited to the required minimum.

Furnika respects the privacy of its customers and complies with the Security Policy for the protection and processing of personal data.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify your data, to request the completion of incomplete personal data, to delete your data or to limit the processing, to object to the further processing of your personal data, to transfer your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was carried out on the basis of the consent granted before its withdrawal.
