FURNIKA LED TECHNOLOGY - DATA PROTECTION STANDARDS

The owner of the Online Store [hereinafter the "Store"] is FURNIKA Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Prudnik, ul. Prężyńska 26, 48-200 Prudnik, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Opole, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000552736, NIP: 7551930062, REGON: 161456952.

The Store attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of Users visiting the Store. Data collected in log files are used only for the purpose of administering the Store. We do not seek to identify Users. No identification data is transferred to any third party for any reason.

Data Collection

In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which Users view the information content of our website. The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. We also know:

• time of arrival of the inquiry,
• time of sending the response,
• name of the client station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
• information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
• URL address of the page previously visited by the User (referrer link) - in case the transition to the Store's page was made via a link,
• information about the User's browser.

Use of Data

The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period as auxiliary material used to administer the Store. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server and the Store's network. On the basis of log files, statistics may be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying visitors to the Store.

Cookies Policy

The Store uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the User connects from. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate using previously visited sites.

The collected data refers to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

The collected data is used to monitor and check how Users use our sites to improve the functioning of the website, providing more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor information about Users using the Google Analytics tool, which records User behavior on the site.

By remembering his preferences, it enables the appropriate adjustment of advertisements addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our store, and the collected data is used only within the company to optimize operations.

Types of Cookies used in the Store:

• "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the store;
• cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the field of authentication within the store;
• "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the store's websites;
• "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface;
• "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.

The User can at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. The cookie management instructions are available at the browser provider's website. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the User expressly consented to this by filling out the form. We save and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
