Warranty and service
Some products sold in our store have a manufacturer's warranty. If you discover a defect in equipment covered by warranty, contact us by e-mail. This is a very fast complaint process that allows you to get the equipment back to working order in the shortest time possible.

Note: please keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and original packaging until the end of the warranty period - they constitute the basis for filing a complaint.

Complaints
Before accepting the parcel, always check whether it has not been damaged in transport. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the parcel and then contact us by phone: +48 662 487 640.

After paying the cash on delivery amount and signing for receipt of the package, it is possible to open the package in the presence of the courier - in the event of a discrepancy, a discrepancy report is drawn up, which constitutes the basis for a later complaint.

If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects or are not as described, please follow the complaint procedure below:

Send us the product you wish to complain about, attaching a written statement in which you describe the detailed reasons for the complaint about the product, the form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number to which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store).

Within 3 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you by e-mail or phone about the result of the complaint procedure.

If the complaint is considered positively, within 2 business days from the date of the decision, we will compensate you for the costs incurred by you by: repairing the complained product, sending a new copy of the product or refunding the money.

If the complaint is considered unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification for the decision and within 5 business days we will return the complained product at our expense.

Return of products
In accordance with applicable regulations, within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving reasons as part of the withdrawal from the contract, according to the general principles resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, and therefore only to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for a purpose unrelated to professional or business activity.

The returned product cannot bear traces of use - each element must be complete and factory-packed, the goods delivered in the original packaging in an unchanged condition. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.

If you want to return the product:

Send back the purchased product in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging along with all its contents.
Include a written statement with the shipment stating your desire to return the product, as well as the account number to which the refund will be transferred.

Within 3 business days of receiving your shipment, we will check the condition of the returned product (whether it shows any signs of use, whether it has not been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in the original packaging with all its contents).

If we do not note any contraindications, we will send information to your email address about the positive consideration of the product return. A refund will be made to the attached account number within 5 days.

If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will send you information to the email address provided about the rejection of the product return. Within 7 business days, we will send the product to the indicated return address, covering the cost of shipping.
